A shipment is accepted once weighed, measured and paid for at our counter or through your member account. Declared contents must be accurate and complete.

You must not ship any item listed on our Illegal Items page. Prohibited goods discovered in transit may be removed, seized or destroyed without refund.
Quoted prices exclude destination duties, taxes and oversize or remote-area surcharges unless stated. Volumetric weight applies where it exceeds actual weight.
We make two delivery attempts. After the second failure the shipment is held for seven days, then returned to the sender at the sender's cost.
Our liability is limited to the declared value or the applicable international convention limit, whichever is lower, unless optional insurance was purchased.
Loss or damage claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the delivery date, with the receipt and photographic evidence.
